What’s Covered

XLuminaire warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the periods stated above.

  • LED Engines: Guaranteed to operate within expected performance (70% of initial light output under normal use) for up to 10 years.

  • Parts & Labor: All other components (drivers, power supplies, circuit boards, housings, etc.) are covered for 3 years parts and labor from the purchase date.

If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, XLuminaire will, at its option:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or

  • Replace the product with a model of equal or greater performance (which may be new, refurbished, or a discontinued equivalent).

Replacement products do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, finish fading)

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables (lamps, fuses, gels, accessories)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions

  • Damage from power surges, lightning, or use outside specified electrical/environmental conditions

  • Water ingress or corrosion beyond the rated IP protection level

  • Missing, defaced, or altered serial numbers

  • Shipping costs: All shipping fees (to and from XLuminaire service centers) are the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of warranty period

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Second-hand or resold products — this warranty applies only to the original purchaser

Proof of Purchase (Required)

A valid proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims. The proof of purchase must clearly show:

  • Product model and serial number

  • Date of purchase

  • Authorized XLuminaire distributor, dealer, or reseller

  • Buyer’s name as the original purchaser

Warranty coverage is only valid for the original purchaser. Claims made by second-hand owners or resellers are not covered and will be considered void.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact XLuminaire Customer Support at [info@xluminaire.com] with proof of purchase, product model, serial number, and a description of the issue.

  2. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions will be issued.

  3. Buyer must package the product securely (preferably in original packaging). XLuminaire is not responsible for damage during shipping.

  4. Upon inspection, XLuminaire will repair or replace the product in accordance with this policy.

International Warranty Application

  • This warranty applies globally.

  • Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that vary by country or region.

  • Where local laws differ, XLuminaire will comply with applicable regulations while applying the above coverage structure as the baseline warranty.
